Delivery Area and Shipping Providers: We offer deliveries within Germany as well as to selected international countries. The shipping providers may vary depending on the delivery address.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €59. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. Please fill out the delivery note for returns. If no delivery note was sent, we kindly ask you to informally write down the order number and the reason for the return.
We also offer express shipping (1-2 working days) for €10.
For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs €4.90.
Delivery Time: Delivery time within Germany is typically 2-6 working days after order confirmation. International deliveries may take longer depending on the destination country and shipping provider.
Tracking: For most deliveries, we provide tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link to monitor the current status of your delivery.
Delivery: Delivery is made to the delivery address you provided. Please ensure that the address provided is correct and complete to ensure smooth delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a notification card with further instructions for pickup or redelivery.
Shipping Confirmation: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all relevant delivery information, including the tracking number (if available) and an estimated delivery date.
